When will I receive my eSIM?
As soon as you purchase an eSIM, it will be delivered to your email address in the coming 2 hours. To activate the eSIM, simply scan the QR code. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for eSIM purchases. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.
Can I be refunded?
eSIM that already have been installed on a phone cannot be refunded. If you did not install the eSIM yet, please contact our support team to get a refund.
Can I make phone calls using my eSIM France card?
The eSIM France card only allows you to use mobile data. It does not include a local phone number for mobile calls or messages. You can still make calls using apps like WhatsApp.
Can I transfer my eSIM France card to another device?
The eSIM card cannot be transferred to another device. If you delete it from your phone, you will not be able to use it again. It can happen if you reset your phone for example.
Can I use my phone as a hotspot for other devices?
Data sharing is allowed for personal use. If we detect anormal activity, we can deactivate this feature.
Do I need to activate data roaming on my device?
No, the eSIM is a local SIM card, so no need to activate data roaming on your settings.
Does it work on Apple and Android devices?

Can I use my local card and eSIM France at the same time?
For both Apple and Android devices, you can use your SIM card and your eSim France card at the same time. Choose the Sim card for phone calls and SMS, and eSIM France for data from your device. If you keep your Sim card activated, it's important to keep in mind that your network provider may charge you for data roaming when you make or receive phone calls or text messages.
